Recently, Dr. José Eduardo Tomasino, partner of Consortium Central America Attorneys was invited, once again, to participate as representative of the Salvadoran Private Enterprise Association (ANEP) in the 95th Session of the International Labor Organization (ILO) that is celebrated in Geneva, Switzerland. The Member States of the ILO meet in the International Labor Conference, which takes place every year in the city of Geneva during the month of June. Each Member State is represented by a delegation integrated by two governmental delegates, an employer delegate and a workers delegate and its respective technical advisors. For this meeting, the Board of Directors of ANEP named Dr. José Eduardo Tomasino as representative of the employer sector to participate in the forums that debate on social and labor issues of importance at global level. This appointment comes as recognition to the legal services provided by Dr. Tomasino to ANEP since 2000 after leaving the government of El Salvador where he served as Minister of Labor and particularly to his experience in the labor area. At the moment he heads the labor law department of Consortium Central America Attorneys in El Salvador and as managing partner of that office. |
