Recently, José Roberto Tercero, partner of Consortium Central America Attorneys, was invited by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Ecuador & Great Britain to distribute seminaries of Arbitration in Quito, Cuenca and Guayaquil cities. The Chamber of Industry and Commerce along with the Chambers of Commerce of Cuenca, Quito and Guayaquil, organized seminaries with the subject: "Introduction to the Alternative Resolution of Disputes (RAD)”. This seminaries where also organized with the International Foundation for Commercial Arbitration (FICA) of The Hague, Holland, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB) of London and the Central American Association for Commercial Arbitration (ACA). Mr. Tercero was the main speaker in his character as Member of the Committee of Qualification of the FICA, President of the ACA and Described by CIARB, to distribute conferences with referring subjects: "Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation". The seminary took place in the audiences of the Chambers of Commerce of Cuenca and Guayaquil and in the Swiss Hotel of Quito city and was focused to executives of companies, lawyers, arbitrators, legal advisors, employees of the public and private sector, among others. Mr. Tercero is recognized by its professional trajectory and experience in the arbitration matters, at the moment, he is the Head of the Arbitration department of Consortium Central America Attorneys in El Salvador. |
