On Monday December 17th, the president of the Republic of El Salvador, Mr. Elias Antonio Saca, approved the new General Sports Law which was advised by our firm Consortium Centro America Abogados through its offices in this country, the lawyers who acted as legal advisers where the partners Aquiles A. Delgado and Herbert E. Silva. The lawyers advised the National Institute of Sports (INDES) in analyzing the new law regarding the design process, discussion panel and final approval. This new Law contains very modern topics on Sports Law and replaces the previous General Sports Law of 1980.
