Alfredo Rodriguez, partner in Guatemala , advised “Pollo Campero” in the negotiation for an enterprise alliance with EatOut. “Pollo Campero” is a Guatemalan multinational company that counts with 300 establishments around the world, on the other hand, EatOut counts with 600 restaurants in Spain, Portugal, Dubai, India and Saudi Arabia. Joint venture was signed April 29th in Barcelona. The team of lawyers of Consortium was led by partner Alfredo Rodriguez, members of the team were also Ana de Icaza and Gabriela Aguirre both associates of the firm. Other parties involved were Andrés Wyld, internal lawyer of Pollo Campero and the internal lawyers of EatOut.
