For this New Year 2008 Maria Alejandra Tulipano has become an associate attorney for Consortium Centro America Abogados in the office of El Salvador. She arrives after having worked for the past seven years as head of the legal department before the government of the United States and the government of El Salvador in the Panamanian Embassy. Ms. Tulipano holds a degree in Law and Political Science from Santa Maria La Antigua University, in Panama City and is authorized to practice in Panama and El Salvador. With a master's degree in International Legal Studies from the American University, Washington College of Law in Washington D.C., she has been extremely professionally active in the International Protection of Human Rights and has served as Legal Promoter for undeveloped communities in Panama. Additionally, she has experience as a consultant on Central America Regional Integration matters for “PAIRCA” and also as a temporary consultant at the Pan American Health Organization in Washington, D.C. Her incorporation will strengthen the firm’s corporate practice groups at a national and international level. |
