Economists and expert lawyers in real estate of the law firm Fowler, Rodriguez, Valdés-Fauli from Miami organized along with the regional firm Consortium Centro América Abogados, the informative seminar: “The Economic Imbalance in the United States and the Real Estate subject in South Florida ”. Fowler, Rodríguez, Valdés-Fauli law firm has offices in New Orleans, Houston, Miami, Mobile , and Bogotá. This firm counts with a diverse, multilingual well-coordinated team of international attorneys, paralegals and secretaries. With the purpose of informing Central American investors on the possibilities of investing in South Florida, the seminar took place in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica ; form May, 26th through June, 4th. Apart form important regional investors, the events counted in addition with the coverage of local media, such as newspapers and television channels; as well as regional magazines. The seminar presented the subjects: “Economic and Financial Market perspectives and implications for South Florida ”, lead by Lic. Manuel Lasaga, President and Co-founder of Strategic Information Analysis, Inc. and “Legal Aspects of the Economic Situation in South Florida” lead by Lic. Luis Espino and Dr. Raúl Valdés-Fauli, both partners of the firm in Miami. Raul J. Valdes-Fauli's legal practice is focused in the areas of corporate law, securities and finance, banking, domestic and international litigation and arbitration. Throughout a career spanning 35 years he has held several elective offices including Mayor of the City of Coral Gables (1993 - 2001), and Vice Mayor and City Commissioner (1985 - 1989).
