Intellectual property protection has become a very important issue in recent years in the region. CONSORTIUM has a specialized department in every country in Central America protecting our clients’ rights in this area.

Our offices provide patent and trademark, sanitary and pharmaceutical registrations, copyright, administrative oppositions, and litigation in all fields of intellectual property for Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica.

Our members are constantly trained in events organized by the International Trademark Association (INTA), and the Inter-American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI).
