News Details:
Recently, partner Rolando Laclé Zúñiga and associate Maricela Salazar of Consortium – Laclé & Gutiérrez, acted as external counsel to Citibank, N.A. for the structuring of the financing that the real state investment fund, Caribbean Properties Group (CGP) to acquire the Global Park Free Trade Zone, in Heredia, Costa Rica. This financing included a loan agreement that was prepared in coordination with the New York firm Sidley, Austin and the local package of guarantees that was documented by Consortium – Laclé & Gutiérrez. The amount of this transaction exceeds US$50 Million and the financing was close to US$42 Million.
