Recently, Mario Ayala, associate lawyer of Consortium Central America Attorneys in El Salvador received the authorization and license by Federation International of Football Association (FIFA), the sport representation of football players and clubs in the world. This license authorizes to carry out negotiations and mediation in the hiring of football players by a club, or the negotiation and mediation between two sport clubs in the transference of a player in any country. This license will also give him the opportunity to offer legal advice in labour matters to players and sport clubs, as well as to offer local and international advice on sports subjects. Mario Ayala has participated in sport academic events in Mexico, in the Johan Cruyff University, as well as in interviews with lawyers and sport leaders of several countries as Argentina and Spain. He will be participating in the month of November in a training in international Sports Law that is being sponsored by the Austral University in Buenos Aires, Argentina. To obtain this license, Mario Ayala, took written tests that FIFA sends to all the National Football Associations, as well as the posting of a bond of civil responsibility and the signature of the deontological code. With this authorization, the firm becomes a pioneer in Sports Law in the country and the region. |
