Recently, Arnecom the Mexican – Japanese Company, a conglomerate dedicated to the manufacture of harnesses and automotive tools with important presence in the United States and Canada made an aggressive investment with the acquisition of a land in the Republic of El Salvador to initiate its operations. The incursion of the corporative group in El Salvador was advised by partner Ricardo Cevallos and associate Carlos Oviedo of the firm Consortium - Delgado & Cevallos during the process constitution of a Salvadoran society and the governmental obtaining of all the registries and authorizations necessary to operate the business in the country. The advises for the new investors includes in addition an important contribution in the labor area offered by partner José Eduardo Tomasino of Consortium – Delgado & Cevallos. Arnecom has identified the Salvadoran market as one of the most suitable countries in the Central American area finding the necessary conditions to be competitive. This important investment of $15 million dollars finalizes with the legal advises of Consortium - Delgado & Cevallos in the acquisition of the land located in the department of Santa Ana in El Salvador, where the operations will be centered; with this acquisition they will be opening more than 2.000 seats of work in the country. Arnecom productions are exporting mainly through Mexico, United States and Canada markets and are used to assemble automobiles of its clients: Chrysler, Ford, Nissan, General Motors, Mitsubishi, Subaru and Toyota. |
