News Details:
Consortium- J.R Paz & Asociados, headed by the Partner Armando Manzanares, advised in the constitution of the company, obtaining the legal permits for operation in a free-trade zone and giving general legal counsel in commercial, tax, environmental and energy matters to the American generating company Park Dale Mills, for an investment valued in approximately 15 million Dollars. The team was also conformed by Associates Jorge Ricardo Brizuela and Karla Aguilar. Park Dale will generate energy for Green Valley, as well as for other industrial parks in the zone. The complex covers a total area of 207 hectares of land and is considered the largest and most technologically advanced industrial development of the Americas. Park Dale Mills will operate in Naco, Quimistán, Santa Bárbara, Honduras.
