Consortium Centro America Abogados through its office in Nicaragua Consortium-Taboada & Asociados participated in a conference organized by ANID; Association of Nicaraguan Investors and Developers. Lawyer Carlos Taboada , member of the firm in Nicaragua, participated as lecturer of the “Real Estate Trends and Fractional Programs in Nicaragua ” topic. The conference counted also with the participation of lawyers Letvia Arza-Goderich and Scott Preston of the United States law firm Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, specialists on fractional property programs. Amongst ANID’s main objectives is to work to improve the business environment for real estate investment in Nicaragua; by creating new investment opportunities and fostering and supporting resolutions, under the rule of law, of property right disputes.
