Recently, Beatriz Beltranena has become an associate attorney in El Salvador’s Consortium - Delgado & Cevallos she arrives alter having worked for the past six years with the international financial bank CITIBANK in its Salvadoran and Guatemalan offices. Ms. Beltranena holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala and is authorized to practice in Guatemala and El Salvador. She has been extremely active professionally in structuring complex financial transactions for the Central American banking sector through advice in syndicated loans, securities issues and mergers & acquisitions. Additionally, she has experience in handling audit, money laundering compliance and legal departments. She has been a member of the legal and compliance committees in the Salvadoran Banking Association (ABANSA). In Guatemala, she worked also as an attorney for the law firm of Soto & Soto. Her incorporation with strengthen the firm’s financial and corporate practice groups at a national and international level.
