Consortium Centro America Abogados through its offices in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua advised the Irish company Saon Group, which provides personnel recruitment services worldwide, during the acquisition process of the Central American Company Tecoloco Holding, S.A. de C.V., owner of the online job bank Tecoloco.com On September 1^st the acquisition was closed. This transaction will enable the multinational Saon Group, with presence in 16 countries around the world through 45 different companies, to establish a presence in the Central American market through four countries of the region, strengthening the position of Tecoloco.com as a leader in Central America. With this purchase, Tecoloco.com, the portal of online recruitment with 7 years of existence in the market, will renew its website including applications and more efficient tools for users who not only will have the opportunity to offer their talent in the region but also in other parts of the world where Saon Group operates. This transaction was the first acquisition of a DOT COM in the region.
