Executive Direction
Consortium Centro América Abogados counts with an Executive Direction office, located in Nicaragua, strategically positioned in the center of the Central American region and serves as regional coordinator for Consortium’s 10 offices. This facilitates our clients needs to do business through one single point of contact.
Our Executive Director, Ivania Saballos, Master in Business Administration (MBA), who manages the office; has the task of coordinating the administrative matters of the law firm at regional levels. She is in charge of the implementation of the Quality Management System of Consortium; the development and implementation of our Marketing Plan; public relations; identification of potential clients; standardization of our services; our brand positioning in the market and in International Legal Directories; she is also involved with our regional clients assuring that all the commitments acquired with them are fulfilled.
The Executive Direction office counts with the support of Gisselle Torres, Licentiate in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing; she handles issues of communicating and updating our firm news in the Marketing Department; and Ericka Meléndez, Industrial Engineer with emphasis in Total Quality Management Systems; she is the Regional Projects Responsible in charged of the development of standardized processes.
